MOVE THAT COUCH! is completely free for providers. There are no subscriptions, lead fees, bidding fees, or charges to send quotes.
MOVE THAT COUCH! does not charge the provider. A separate customer booking deposit is calculated from your quote and paid by the customer when they book. After a successfully completed service, MOVE THAT COUCH! retains that booking deposit as its platform fee. Before sending your quote, you will see the complete payment breakdown — including the booking deposit and the remaining balance due to you — so you can adjust your quote before submitting it.
When a customer accepts your quote, they pay the booking deposit through MOVE THAT COUCH! After the service is completed, the remaining balance of your quote is due to you. You can collect it using the in-app invoice and card-payment options or another payment method agreed upon with the customer.

Yes. You can select every service category that you are qualified and equipped to perform. When matching customer requests are posted in your service area, you may receive notifications for each selected category.
Booking deposits follow the cancellation policy shown in the app at booking time. Cancellations made far enough in advance are refunded to the customer; late cancellations result in the booking deposit being paid to you as the provider. The exact terms are always displayed in the app before a booking is confirmed.
After a completed service, the customer can leave a star rating and written review on your provider profile. Strong service, communication, and reliability can help you build your reputation and generate repeat business.
